Lot of unskilled, uneducated labours working in a project also the degree of uncertainty is very high. These factors highly influenced in the success of project in construction

          Project management is the process of making satisfy the people who all are involved in the project like client, owner (employer), worker (employee). This task is done by the project manager. This task is not quite easy. He is the responsible person for success of the project or failure of the project. The project manager should have managerial ability, patience, presence of mind, quick decision maker, motivator and logical thinker.

Functions and Duties of project manager

• To coordinate the various departments, workers and staffs towards the project success
• To finish the project within the time duration
• Complete the project within the project. Cost overrun may affect the company and workers
• The solve the dispute between the labors, management and client
• To work toward the company reputation and labor welfare
• To monitor the labors and staffs for better performance
• Conduct periodical meeting and ensure the quality of output and status of the project
• To allocate the proper and needed resource to the respective department in time
• He should take right decision in all situations
• He should motive the workers toward the success of the project.
